Why does a partnership start at $5,500 per month?
The price covers direct senior judgment, the agreed implementation and clear reporting.
Mindflow reviews the evidence, sets the order of work, completes the agreed scope and reports what changed. That model limits active capacity.
I review the important evidence, set or approve priorities and remain responsible for the recommendation. Mindflow may use specialists for development, certain writing and technical implementation. Their role is stated in the scope.
What does the Free Visibility Check include?
The check costs $0.
You provide the website, industry, primary market and commercial goal. Mindflow reviews a small sample of public search, AI, trust and action signals. Accepted requests receive a one-to-two-page response with three to five observations and one priority.
It is not a full audit. It uses no private account access and includes no implementation. Capacity is limited to five accepted checks per week, with delivery normally within three to five business days.
No card or pre-delivery sales call is required. An optional 20-minute review may follow delivery.
What does the $3,500 Assessment include?
The standard assessment is a standalone paid project for one domain and one primary acquisition focus.
It normally includes:
- a definition of the qualified business result;
- review of the search, local, AI, trust and conversion surfaces relevant to the problem;
- a baseline from the evidence available;
- the most important gaps and why they matter;
- a prioritized 90-day plan;
- a written report that belongs to you.
You can use the assessment without hiring Mindflow for ongoing work.
Why can an assessment cost $7,500 to $15,000 or more?
The price changes when the work is genuinely larger. Common reasons include:
- several domains, brands or business units;
- many locations or service markets;
- a large product catalog or complicated product data;
- a migration, redesign or platform change;
- legal, clinical, privacy or security review;
- several buyer journeys or commercial systems;
- unusually large research, content or authority requirements.
The proposal names the condition that changes the price and the work attached to it.
What does the core monthly partnership cover?
The $5,500 starting scope covers one domain and one primary acquisition focus.
The monthly mix follows the approved priorities. It may include page and content work, technical SEO, local-profile work where relevant, AI-visibility research, public-trust improvements, internal links, conversion changes and measurement.
The monthly work follows the approved priorities. The work record names what was completed, why it mattered and what comes next.
When does the monthly price increase?
Expanded partnerships generally cost $8,500 to $15,000 or more per month.
The higher range applies to additional brands, markets, domains, large catalogs, migrations, regulated review or much larger research and implementation needs. More pages alone do not automatically justify more cost.
What are the payment and credit terms?
There is no separate setup fee.
Assessments are paid in advance. Partnerships are invoiced monthly in advance. Third-party software, media, paid placements and specialist review are separate unless the proposal includes them.
Up to $3,500 of a paid assessment is credited against the first partnership invoice when the partnership begins within 30 days of assessment delivery. The credit does not exceed $3,500 or carry forward.
How long is the agreement?
Partnerships begin with a 90-day initial term. After that, they continue month to month with 30 days’ written notice.
The first term allows enough time to confirm the baseline, complete meaningful work and review the first response. It is not a promise that a ranking or commercial result will appear within 90 days.
If you need to decide what your business can sustain before comparing a proposal, use the Sustainable Search Budget Builder. It models the full commitment against cash, contribution and operating capacity. It does not prescribe a universal percentage of revenue.
Does Mindflow work with competitors?
One precisely defined local service category, legal practice area or medical specialty can be protected within one defined metro during an active paid partnership.
The category, territory and exceptions must appear in the signed agreement. B2B SaaS and eCommerce use named-competitor conflict checks because a metro rule often does not fit those businesses.
Free checks and assessments do not create exclusivity.
What do you own?
You own the paid assessment and approved work product described in the agreement.
Third-party platforms, licenses, media accounts and tools remain subject to their own terms. The proposal should make account access, ownership and transfer duties clear before work begins.
What is not promised?
Mindflow does not guarantee rankings, AI citations, recommendations, traffic, calls, appointments, prospective clients, pipeline, orders, sales or revenue.
We do promise a visible scope, price and responsibility. I review the evidence, approve the priorities and remain responsible for the recommendation you receive.
Which option should you choose?
Choose the Free Visibility Check for a limited first opinion based on public information.
Choose the Assessment when the decision needs a complete diagnosis, private access or a written plan.
