Privacy
Your information should have one clear job.
When the forms open, Mindflow will use the details you send only to evaluate and answer your request. The forms will not ask for passwords, payment details, patient information, legal files or customer records.

The short answer
Mindflow will collect less, use it for the request and remove it on a schedule.
The planned forms are for business enquiries and the Free Visibility Check. They are not medical intake, legal intake, customer support or a secure document portal.
Submitting a future form will not add you to a marketing list. Mindflow will not activate collection until the operating controls described on this page are verified.
Information and purpose
Each field must support a defined decision.
The final form will show the notice at the point of collection. Optional fields may be left blank.

The forms do not request a phone number, upload, password, account access, payment data or private customer record.
Use and sharing
Your request is not a mailing-list signup.
Mindflow will use form information to review the request, respond, operate the requested check, prevent abuse and keep the limited records needed to manage those steps.
No unnamed processor will receive submissions
Hosting, form delivery, email and security providers will be named by role before collection begins. Mindflow will review access, location, terms, deletion and incident handling first.
Limited to operating or legal needs
Information may be disclosed to approved providers that operate the request, or where disclosure is required to comply with law, protect rights or address security and abuse.
Retention
A defined request gets a defined review date.
Retention is measured from receipt. A documented legal obligation, dispute or security investigation may require a narrower record to be kept longer; any exception must be recorded.
Free Visibility Check
Applications, working files and delivered checks are reviewed for deletion after 90 days.
Inactive project enquiries
Enquiries that do not become an engagement are reviewed for deletion or anonymization after 12 calendar months.
Accepted engagements
If a request becomes paid work, the engagement record follows the signed agreement and its separate operating and legal requirements. The sales-form copy is not kept as an indefinite duplicate.
Security and sensitive information
Do not use these forms for confidential or regulated records.
Do not send passwords, analytics access, payment details, customer lists, patient information, medical records, legal files, case details, privileged communications or confidential documents.
Before activation, the public page, endpoint and processor handoff must use secure transport. Mailbox and processor access must use multi-factor authentication and be limited to named roles. No website can promise absolute security.
If sensitive information is needed for accepted work, Mindflow will define an appropriate channel and access rule in the engagement—not through the public sales form.
Cookies, analytics and logs
The final notice will name the tools that actually run.
This private rebuild does not yet have an approved analytics, advertising or form-delivery stack. Before publication, this section will identify any cookies, security logs, hosting records and measurement tools that the launched site uses.
Form values, message bodies and query-string content are excluded from analytics and routine application logs. A later tool change requires a privacy review before the disclosure changes.
Your choices
You may ask what Mindflow holds and request a correction or deletion.
Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to use of personal information. Mindflow will not discriminate against a person for making a valid privacy request.
A verified privacy mailbox, identity-check process and response owner must be published before forms activate. Requests may be limited where identity cannot be reasonably verified or where law requires a record to be kept.
Children and changes
This business website is not directed to children.
The forms are intended for business representatives and are not designed for anyone under 18. Do not submit information about a child.
The effective date will be set at publication. Material changes to collection, purpose, sharing, retention or rights handling will be reflected on this page before the changed practice begins where required.
