The website explains the work. A signed agreement controls paid work.
These terms separate general website information, a request for review and an accepted client engagement. Sending a form will not create an engagement or promise an outcome.

Three different stages
A website visit, a request and a paid engagement are not the same thing.
The public site explains Mindflow’s services, prices, methods and points of view. A form asks Mindflow to review a possible fit. Only a signed agreement can create a paid engagement.
An invitation to review fit
A contact or Visibility Check submission asks for a response. It does not require Mindflow to accept the request.
The controlling client scope
Services, deliverables, fees, timing, confidentiality, ownership, responsibilities and termination belong in the signed agreement.

Useful information is not professional advice.
The site provides general information about search, AI visibility, local discovery, reputation and conversion work. It is not legal, medical, financial, tax or other regulated professional advice.
Examples, checklists and public-source explanations must be assessed against your own facts, market, systems and professional obligations. Platform rules, search results and AI systems change.
Free Visibility Check
The free check is a limited review, not a full audit.
When activated, the form will ask for limited business information. Mindflow may accept, decline or request one missing public-business detail.
Public business context
You provide accurate information about the company, industry, audience and qualified action. Do not provide confidential or regulated records.
A limited observed sample
If accepted, Mindflow reviews a small part of the public buyer path and returns the first priority we would investigate more deeply.
No audit or guarantee
The check is not a comprehensive technical, legal, clinical, security or financial review. It does not guarantee ranking, inclusion, calls, clients, pipeline, orders or revenue.
Submitting a request does not reserve category exclusivity, create a confidential client relationship or require either party to continue.
Paid work and pricing
The signed scope resolves any difference.
Website prices and service descriptions help a buyer evaluate fit. A proposal or signed agreement may define a narrower or expanded scope based on the actual work.
If website copy conflicts with a signed client agreement, the signed agreement controls that engagement. No online purchase is offered through this private build.
Acceptable use
Use the site without harming the site or another person.
Do not use the website or future forms to break the law, impersonate another person, submit malware, test unauthorized access, overwhelm the service, evade security controls, harvest personal information or interfere with another visitor.
Reasonable browsing, linking, indexing and evaluation are allowed. Automated activity must not degrade the site, bypass access controls or reuse content in a misleading way.
Content and links
Mindflow’s content remains Mindflow’s content.
Unless a page says otherwise, the site’s writing, design, diagrams, code presentation and brand assets are owned by or licensed to Mindflow Marketing. You may quote a short passage with attribution and link to the original page. Do not republish a substantial part of the site, remove attribution or imply endorsement.
Third-party names, marks, sources and links belong to their owners. A link supports reference or context; it does not create control, endorsement or a promise that the third-party page will remain available.
Results and availability
Mindflow can control the work. It cannot control the engines or your market.
Search platforms, map products, review platforms and AI systems decide what they crawl, index, rank, cite, display or recommend. Buyers decide whether to call, enquire, book, buy or continue.
The website and its content may change, pause or contain an error. Mindflow will correct verified material errors, but does not promise uninterrupted availability or that every page will remain current for every use.
Final legal clauses
Jurisdiction-dependent clauses stay out until they can be verified.
This draft does not invent a governing-law clause, dispute forum, arbitration requirement, warranty allocation or liability cap. Those provisions require the verified legal identity, operating jurisdiction and qualified legal review before these terms become effective.
The effective date and working legal contact will be added at publication. Material changes will be dated on this page. The signed agreement remains the controlling source for paid client work.
